In the "Team Artifacts Navigator" toolbar, there's a filter menu. Check
"Include Archived", this should allow to browse to the plan, via the
development line.

Thanks Mike, but we input many information in this iteration and need to continue to work in this iteration, not only to view the content, do you have any other suggestions?

To my knowledge, there is no way to reactivate an archived iteration. I have opened https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/60325 to track this.

Note that anyone with an account on jazz.net can subscribe themselves to a
work item, and receive automatic notifications whenever the work item is
updated.
