Questions on RTC features

Hello,

Im new to RTC and sorry if the questions below seems to be newbie-ish.
Our department is currently investigating RTC if it would suit our current processes. Of which we have pinpointed the following problems:

1. When workitems are created, how are we going to set the default Person to be the default owner of a Line Item.

2. We created a custom tester field in the work item. Is it possible to set not only the default Owner but also the default tester that a work item is created having person A as the developer and person B as the tester.

3. We want to view the overall planned vs actual using the line graph but currently we only saw that the planned field is on work item basis - each having planned date vs actual date. Example: For a particular sprint, we will set the planned % of completion of the whole sprint, each date having its own % of completion. Work items will be created for this Sprint. Is it possible to view the Sprint progress as a whole and plot the actual vs planned %? We also do not want to input planned % everyday coz we want it to be generated automatically based on Sprint Schedule (100% / number of days).
For example: we have a 10-day sprint so the system could initialize the planned% having an increment of 10% each and plot the following table.

Sprint 1
Date Planned Actual
1/1/11 10% 5%
1/2/11 20% 20%
1/3/11 ...

I hope you could help us with this if this is possible with RTC.

For 1. and 2., you might want to have a look at https://jazz.net/library/article/537 (Customizing attributes in Rational Team Concert 3.0) - example of how you can create 'Role-based user lists', e.g. Tester field only populated with users with Tester Role + also see 'Script based customization' link at bottom of article.
