Integration RTC v3 with RFP v6.5

I installed RFP v6.5 but when i installed RTC v3.0 the machine is very slow. In other case, i installed only RTC v3.0 and I see that problem the performance is RTC v3.0. someone installed the RTC v3.

The following step:

- I installed RTC Server and the step to step configuration the server
- Deployed the templates project
- Created Project with PPM template
- Created User
- Restore RTC v3.
- when i started server and RTC login the machine is very slow
