iexplorer RAM allocation issue

We have an RTC 2.0.0.2 Fix 3 environment.
When we connect to RTC from our browser (Internet Explorer 7) and we start to work, the RAM allocated by the process iexplorer continuously increase and it's released only when we close the browser.
On a PC with 2 GB of RAM, we must close the browser every hour.

Please, can you help us?
