Importing a RTC proc template developed in 2.x to 3.x

I've just imported a RTC process template developed in 2.x into my 3.x environment (3.0 RC0 -beta 2-) with no problem, at least nothing that I can notice.
I even see the providers that we specified in the 2.x XML code, now shown on the appropriate editors within the proc configuration.

Is there any issue behind the scene on doing this? Or are they completely compatible?

They are compatible -- there is no 'behind the scenes' migration in this
area.
