Unreachable links for 3.0 doc
This is for the wiki doc maintainers.
While reading wiki articles about RTC 3.0 migrations, I encountered several links to servers in the domain beaverton.ibm.com. Example:

This server seems unreachable for customers outside of IBM. You need to refer to an infocenter instance located on a public server.
This is blocking our assessment of the RTC 3.0 migration.
