My colleague and I are getting "500 Internal Server Error" when trying to download RTC

An internal WI has been openned and technical and operations folks have been notified and asked to investigate 1)Why there are issues on jazz.net and 2)Provide instructions on the error page on how users can report a problem with jazz.net.

Hi Guy,
I have already informed deployment manager about this issue. It should be fixed soon.

I usually create a defect on jazz.net: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&type=defect

Yes I see the same, looks like there are some problems going on with Jazz.net and hope this will be solved soon.
