Is Earned Value Management implemented in Rational Team Concert or do I have to use another tool to create EVM report based on information available in RTC?

Hi Henryk,
I found this post that discusses EVM:  https://jazz.net/forum/questions/76185/implementing-earned-value-management-evm-in-rtc.  It looks like EVM support is not something you get by default in RTC.  However, you can add custom attributes to work items in order to add support for EVM.
