The Detailed System Requirements for Jazz Team Server 2.0.x server environments mention Oracle 10gR2 Enterprise or Standard Editions as Supported DB.

Is Oracle 11gR2 supported too and/or is there planned 11gR2 support ?

Oracle 11g is not officially supported in RTC 2.0.0.2
It is going to be supported in RTC 3.0 (https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=73341&tab=oracle%20support)

Oracle 11g is not officially supported in RTC 2.0.0.2

Thanks Krzysztof, Enhancement 73341 is Resolved (Planned For 3.0 M8).
