behavior plug-in downloading?
Besides the behavior plug-in shipped with RTC 2.0 GA, is there any other behavior plug-in we can download? from where?

I don't know about other sites providing this. The Forum jazz.extend provides a forum where users discuss how to create custom extensions. You might consider submitting a work item that this site provides a download area for as-is customer created conditions etc.
