Beyond Compare Tool Issues with RTC

I have installed Beyond Compare v3, and configured from Eclipse client.
Window-->Preferences-->External Compare Tools, in that i have selected Beyond Compare. Now i have delivered the word document twice and From the file history, I have tried to compare with previous but still it is showing the binary format. I have configured the Beyond compare tool but still it is not able to compare word documents in IBM RTC. please help me. Thank you |

if you are on v401, this is a defect :
Change Summary doesn't use external compare editor when preference is set (246125) which is fixed in v403. If you are already on v403, I suggest contacting Support |
