file permission getting reset upon checkin

Hi,

I am facing an issue with file access permission settings getting changed on check-in to RTC (using Eclipse client).

Initially I had a file with following permissions 'rwxr-xr-x'. After I checked in & delivered this file, and loaded it into another workpace, I notied that file permission have been reset to 'rw-r--r--'.

Not sure if this I need to specify any parameters while check-in or accept changes to not loose previous access permissions.

Our project members use RTC Eclipse client on either Linux or Windows machines as their development environments. Does difference in operating systems has anything to do with these issues?
