 Hi has anyone come across a strange logging in issue on RTC JAZZ 6.0.2. I have one user out of hundreds who can authenticat through the websphere authentication (using ldap), tested via snoop  but cant get through the jazz login page they are in the jazz user group. They still have access via the eclipse client.

Are you saying the in the same LDAP group, some users can log in with JazzUsers role, but some can't? That makes no sense. Note that in WAS, you can map a security role to a user, but not a group. If it is done that way, that may explain what you are seeing.

You're right  it didn't make sense, it's now working and can put it down to one of two things an incorrect url ending /auth and/or a special character password combination. I'm not sure  i'll find out which one it was
