distribute RTC internally via IBM Packaging Utility

How do I grab the install files from jazz.net for RTC iFix4 and configure them on my own internal Install Manager repo managed by IBM Packaging Utility.

I have IPU setup on a linux box but would like to make the updates available to win & lin users.
