RQMImportUtility - how to assign a template to a Testcase

I've installed and successfully used the Excel/Word Import Utility. I have a basic config file that can take my title, description, and expected results from my input data and create .XML files that import Test Cases nicely into RQM. Problem is I would like to specify a custom template so that only desired components are created. I see the Template keyword in the Test Case .XML source documentation, and I used the show advanced information to get the ID of the template in RQM, looked up the project alias, and can address the template artifact when I paste the href in the URL, but cannot figure out the correct syntax to put in the config file. I've tried various ways to address the template, but when I try and import I always get "Server response was not properly formatted". How exactly do I address/point to the template?

Config file:
testcase.XLSStartRow=2
testcase.dc:title=A
testcase.dc:description=C
testcase.com.ibm.rqm.planning.editor.section.testCaseExpectedResults=D
testcase.template="https://<server>:<port>/jazz/secure/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/<project>/template/testcase/com.ibm.rqm.planning.templates.testcase.template_1270661304616"

Also, is there a way to import more than one Test Case at a time? Using the tool I can only select one .XML file at a time.
