Team based access control for work items

We create various work items in RTC 2.0 including design work items. We would like to allow save/update operation on design work items for people belonging to specific teams only. In essence we want to allow team-based access control for work items.

How can this be done using RTC 2.0?

Appreciate any inputs regarding this.
