Can you import a numbered list in RRC?

I'm trying to import a numbered list to RRC and retain the numbering. Unfortunately, the numbers are converted after import. So, if I have a list of requirements that follow a pattern - AAA-123-1.0, this is converted to 1, the next to 2, etc. The only solution I've found is to convert the numbered list to text only and then import. Is there a better way to complete the import and retain the original numbers?

I don't think you can retain the number formatting during an import.
