Unabe to Create Tables for DB Warehouse in (3.0 M8)

Hi all,

With Workbench 3.0 M8, one one of our lab nodes, we are unable to create the tables required by the Data Warehouse

From the CCM Install Wizard, at the Configure Data Warehouse screen, when trying to create data warehouse tables in an existing Schema already used by CCM (RTC) with the same user with all the required privileges (including DBA) for Oracle, the Create button stays gray for ever and the Next button (from the wizard never activates.
We have no errors in the log.

We know that the tables are not created since each time we go back to this step, it proposes to create the tables.
We did log on another instance containing the same CCM build version and that one says that the tables do exist.

Did this ever occur to someone else?

Thanks,

In beta2, we documented a limitation that the data warehouse creation
will not be successful on Oracle. We will address this limitation in
subsequent releases.
