New Work Item in Work Break down shows only Story

A recently added iteration has a couple of teams in the Work Breakdown view.
For the top-level team, right clicking in the team 'banner' and choosing Add Work Item shows all the work item types. The lower level team shows only Story.

This is only in this recently created plan. Older sprints the Add Work Item shows all types in all team groupings.

Team structure (abstractly)

Project Area -> Top Level Team > Lower Level Team.

Any suggestions ?

In order to view all the work item types, you can check the 'load all execution items' check-box in the plan configuration, it's under 'Advanced Options'. Considering you have a hierarchy of teams (and most likely corresponding categories), this option will allow you to see the 'lower level' work items in the plans.
