Error message displayed on web browser

When I access RRC 2.0.0.2 iFix1 with the browser, I get the following error:

"An error has occured while processing server request: Unable to load https://server:port/rdm/multi-fetch?size=512 status:500"

This problem only appears to some users, and not all of them. If I select the option "clear" next to the error message, it works fine until I restart the browser and the error message appears again.

Fat client seems to be working fine.
