How do I import test cases which are in Excel and word inRQM

Were you able to download and install - RQMExcelImporterSetup.exe. This plugin is available on this jazz site.

Once installed, all your office applications will have RQM as menu item in your menu bar, next to Help menu.
Click on RQM>Export to repository.
Export to RQM dialog box opens
Next, enter the server url (if your RQM is webbased)
enter your credentials and login
Also the key is you need to map the config file (this is the key component for exporting into RQM)
understand the config file setting to make the changes to the file that needs to be exported.

I am trying to import test cases which are in excel and Document into RQM but I am unsuccssfull.

I can see only we can import XML files in RQM, please let me know your inputs..

I have been looking for a post that can tell me how to use the Excel/Word importers. More specifically, how to setup, what appears initially, as a very complicated Config file.

I do not appear to have any Samples, even though I have installed the add-ins and have the RQM menu available from both word and excel.

Without the samples, the documentation I can find is not making much sense.

Please can someone tell me what I am missing? possibly share some of the samples with me?
