Rational Quality Manager 6.0 M10-Merge and Compare Configuration

We are testing RQM 6.0 Beta on a sandbox created based on M11 and reviewing the what's new for all milestones and we found the description of this functionality at M10, but we need to know how can we reproduce it.

Particularly, the N&N for M6 has many of the precursor information that leads to configuration compare and merge.
