How to extend lenght of Team Concert Web pulldown menu

Hey folks,

I helped a team setup RTC categories with several values that are over 20 - 25 characters long.

Now when they go to the web to create a work item the pull down menu on the web ui truncates the values.

So is there a property I can set to make the field lenght be at least as along as the longest value entered so I won't run into this again
