RQM 3.x/2.x strange behavior

A couple of testers have noticed something an I just want to confirm. We have a bunch of test cases and matching test scripts. When we execute the mass generation of TERs, it does not match the test case to the test script. Is this happening at your sites as well?
This is not how RQM is "demoed" to work and cut out tester time....so we created a work item.
