Horizontal scroll bar missing in the Add Test Cases view

Hi there.

I am using RQM version 3.0.1 on IE8.
When I try to add existing test cases to a test plan by clicking on Add Existing Test Cases button, Add Test Cases view is displayed. I have lots of columns on this pop-up window, and they don't all fit in one view.
I am expecting to see a horizontal scrollbar so I can view everything, but there is no such thing. Why is this? Is this to do with browser compatibility? I have no option but to use IE8 (on Windows 7).

Is it similar to https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/52413 (see attachment)? If so, this was fixed in RQM 3.0.1.1. If not, please open a new defect (https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem).

On this mentioned work items are statements about IE 7 compatability.  Does that mean that users must use this to work properly with IE 8+ ?

I tried this and the scroll bar does show, but the display is clipped on the RHS.
