in CALM, how to create a new project crossing the product?

The names of the project areas in RTC, RQM, etc. don't matter with regards to creating a project across the lifecycle. You can either create the project areas via the Project Administration application (doc: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CommonProjectAdmin , demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Li-AORi2rwQ&hd=1 ) or you can manually create the project areas and link them together via service providers.
