How to asynchronize RTC and LDAP server

Dear,
I have got a problem, I found that RTC did not automatically asynchronize user information with LDAP server, though I update some importance information such as E-mail address. How to do it.

Hi,

are you running Express or Express-C? Those don't do the synchronization, I think. Which version of RTC?

The problem had fixed, I re-active com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.userregistry.ldap.LDAPNightlySyncTask service. thanks your reply.
