Connection to jazzdev repository timing out

Ray Buse (111) | asked Sep 28 '08, 12:37 a.m.
Hi all,

I'd like to be able to connect to the jazzdev repository, but Team Concert times out with "Failed to contact the repository 'jazzdev.torolab.ibm.com'." when I attempt to create a connection to:

https://jazzdev.torolab.ibm.com:9443/jazz

as per

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DevSetupMain#SetupForJazzdev

Perhaps I lack sufficient credentials; but in any case, it doesn't appear to be an authentication issue at this point.

Help. Am I missing something obvious? Any ideas?

Thanks.

In order to connect to jazzdev.torolab.ibm.com via the Eclipse client,
you need to be within the IBM firewall, and need an IBM account.

But you can see all of the workitems and plans via the Web client at
www.jazz.net.

Cheers,
Geoff
