Repository workspaces with the same name allowed?

Yes. Each workspace has a unique id that differentiates them. The name
is simply a label that provides a human readable way of identifying the
workspace. When I create a workspace, I make sure to add text that
identifies the purpose of that particular workspace so I can easily
differentiate it from other workspaces I own.

Is this working as designed?

Hi David,
This is as designed.
Some folks think this is a feature, others think ... not so much (:-).
For those in the "not so much" category, we did submit a work item to at
least generate a warning in that case, but I'm not sure if that request
got scheduled for 3.0 or not.
(I'm working off-line, or I could just look it up on jazz.net :-).
Cheers,
Geoff
