Preconditions can access all kinds of data e.g. SCM.
Preconditions can be on the server side as well as on the client side for instance if they need data that is only available in the client.

Hello Everyone,
As the subject implies, is there are way to add custom work item/source control behaviors?
When I click Add... to add a precondition, I am presented with a predefined list. Is it possible to add onto this list?
