RTC don't have client access permission for RRC

I have install RRC and RTC-express,and follow run rdm/setup successfully,then login in the RTC as jazzAdmin role ,but can't find client access permiss for RRC,is need install license!

Are you using the GA version of the products of RRC and RTC? If so there are separate user administration via their own jazz admin web clients. If a user needs to gain access to RRC from RTC then the user needs to be added to both the RTC and RRC servers, and the appropriate license given, for example RTC= Developer and in RRC=Author or Reviewer. The cross-server linking needs to be configured as well.
