Accessing custom reports over Internet
We have CLM 4.0 and RRDI 2.0 in our Setup, We have opened CLM 4.0 over internet for access. Internet users are able to work on CLM with out any problem. But while accessing custom reports configured as a dashboard widget, it shows error, unable to access rrdi server <rrdi_machine_name>. Do I need to open RRDI server over internet. Note I am able to access reports in intranet without any problem

I think you can not access the RRDI server by the host name on your browser directly over internet.
So I think it is necessary to oepn RRDI server over internet too, otherwise the RRDI host name can not find the correct mapping internet IP. You could try it. |
