How to allow creation of Work Item Templates
Hi
We are using RTC 2.0.0.2 on the server and the client. I found as an RTC administrator that when I right clicked on one or more work items in a list in the RTC Eclipse Client, one of the options is "New work item template..."
When my colleague tries it, she does not get this option.
I cannot see where this could be set in the Project or Team Permissions in the Process Configuration of the project.
Have I missed it or is this something as 'hard coded' into the RTC Administrator 'role'.
