Jazz as Windows Service

Bala Rajamani (31117) | asked Jul 07 '10, 2:34 p.m.
I'm trying to run RTC as windows service, which I was able to install successfully but seeing an error while starting the service.

LifecycleException: Protocol handler initialization failed: java.io.IOException: SSL_TLS SSLContext not available

I tried disabling the default SSL port but no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Bala.

Hi

How did you set up the service? There are instructions here on jazz.net you need to follow (http://jazz.net/library/techtip/72). Using the service.bat file in the Tomcat directory does not work properly (I tried this a few times before I realised my mistake).
