Error Running Cognos Report from RQM

Hi all,

We have successfully imported Cognos reports that were implemented using Report Studio of Rational Insight (1.0.0.2) into RQM (2.0.1 iFix2).

However, when executing the imported reports, it gives the error below:

message /service/com.ibm.rqm.reports.service.cognos.internal.ICognosReportService

description The requested resource (/service/com.ibm.rqm.reports.service.cognos.internal.ICognosReportService) is not available.

This error is there even before configuring Custom Reporting host properties. So I concluded RQM requires one more piece of package/configuration to "be aware of" Cognos reporting feature?

Do you see this service (com.ibm.rqm.reports.service.cognos.internal.ICognosReportService) running when you go to the jazz/admin page, and click Component Status? It seems like this could be an RQM server issue. I suggest posting this to the RQM forum if this service for some reason is not started.
