Hello,
We have got a problem while putting attachments into workitems of Rational Team Concert by means of REST API. Are any ways to do this (put the attachments into RTC remotely)?

seems not to be possible http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10560&highlight=attachment
but whenever it becomes possible, I am very interested
