RQM permission

Jason Batliner (66186) | asked Jun 25 '10, 3:54 p.m.
I am having an issue with RQM permissions. I can log into RQM with my LDAP credentials and I can view oll of the server settings. When I try to save a modification it says "Your account does not belong to the groups that are authorized to access the web UI."

I can see from usermanager that I am in the following groups:
JazzAdmins
JazzDWAdmins
JazzUsers
JazzProjectAdmins

If I remove my membership from those groups in LDAP I can see the check mark removed from the list within RQM which tells me that I am logged in with my LDAP creds and that RQM appears to be mapped to the proper groups.

I do not see any related errors in the log.

We are running RQM 2.0.1 (I20100316_0858) on RHEL. Our database is Oracle.
We are also running RTC and RRC which are connected to the same LDAP and are not exhibiting the same behavior.

Any ideas????? THanks!

Unfortunately that did not help. I went through the steps in that and still had the same problem.

I upgraded to RQM 2.0.1 iFix3 this morning and I am no longer seeing the issue.

I am not sure what the real problem was.

Thank you for the sugestion.
