Unable to change the order of the test cases in test plan

Environment: RQM 4.0.3

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Open a Test Plan and go to Test Cases section.
2. Use the up arrow to change the sequence of the test cases and save it.

3. Upon hitting the refresh button, the sequence of the test cases reverts back to the last know setting/sequence.

 

I checked on RQM settings at project level and found no settings to impact the ordering of the list entries.

 

Any ideas why the sequence does not retain the changes made.

What Browser/version are you using when you encounter this issue?

We used firefox 10 version.

First check if you are you able to reproduce this issue on other browsers?
If the issue persists, check if there is any team area assigned on this test plan?
If yes, are you a part of this team area?

I was able to reproduce this on my local system; I would recommend opening a PMR with the support team so that further research can be on on this issue

 I can reproduce the problem using Chrome too, FYI.
