Unable to change the order of the test cases in test plan
Environment: RQM 4.0.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Test Plan and go to Test Cases section.
3. Upon hitting the refresh button, the sequence of the test cases reverts back to the last know setting/sequence.
I checked on RQM settings at project level and found no settings to impact the ordering of the list entries.
Any ideas why the sequence does not retain the changes made. |

We used firefox 10 version.

First check if you are you able to reproduce this issue on other browsers?
If the issue persists, check if there is any team area assigned on this test plan?
If yes, are you a part of this team area?

I can reproduce the problem using Chrome too, FYI.
