how to create a work item in RQM using webservice ?

Now, i want to create a Rational Quality Manager WorkItem using webservice, and then it will using Java class with webservice,and now,the java class to excute create operation.


if someone know how to do it, please tell me.

Specifically you will need to investigate the REST API for workitems.
