Cannot log in after I installing CLM 4.0 with ADMIN/ADMIN

HI all:

I cannot log in after I installing CLM 4.0 with ADMIN/ADMIN, the Operation System is Windows 2008 Server R2 Standard 64bit, and  I can see the this kind of message "Cannot rename the original file to XXX\XXXX\XXXXX\tomcat-user.xml.old" in the Tomcat Startup Windows, I don't understand what does it mean;

Because of the situation above, I can't get through the rest of setup and configuration steps, and I remembered I found somewhere says that kind of the ADMIN user is locked, but I am not sure, Some one can help me?
