REST or OSLC API required to maintain QM > RDNG lins, QM > ClearQuest links?

Hi,

To export QM data to XML and maintain links from QM artifacts to RM and QM artifacts to ClearQuest, is the OSLC API required? Or can this be done with calmlinks=true, oslclinks=true with the RQM REST API? The RQM Copy Utility Wiki states that the copy utility "does not allow for copying CLM links such as Requirement, Work Item, or Plan Item links. CLM linking is only supported in the OSLC QM API" and I thought that might be due to a limitation of the RQM REST API. It looks to me like calmlinks will provide requirements links to test artifacts but I don't know if oslclinks will provide defect links to ClearQuest form test artifacts.
