Could someone point me in the right direction on how to connect to and use the Jazz web services? We have RTC, RQM, RRC, etc and I need to be able to make calls to RTC.
So in the research I've been able to do; I have found that you can consume a REST service with WCF. However, I'm having a hard time figuring out which URLs I need in order to do things like create and get work items.
