Cannot create links from RRC to RQM/RTC

Hi,

I set up the complete CALM environment with all three servers running on one virtual machine. Everything works fine, except creating links from RRC to testcases in RQM or workitems in RTC. I have no problem creating links the other way around.

In the RRC Client Preferences window, in Service Providers, both connections are showing a green icon. But when I want to create a link, the RQM/RTC target selection windows are just stuck, saying "Loading..."

Any idea what could be causing this?

I'm using the following versions of the products:
RRC 2.0.0.1
RTC 2.0.0.2
RQM 2.0.0.1

On the CALM project pages, RRC 2.0.0.1 is not specificaly mentioned as being supported, but on the other hand, there is a statement that the integrations are upward compatible.

Regards,
Ron

Hi rdejong1,

Those products are compatible, but the loading message is likely due to an unsupported version of Internet Explorer. We require Internet Explorer 7 or higher. If you are already using a supported version, please post your log file so we can try to resolve the issue for you.

Thanks,
Marc
