Why when running the final step of an upgrade (-rmUpdateProjectBackLinksOnline) am I getting errors indicating invalid credentials. The credentials are confirmed valid for a JazzAdmin user on the JTS.

The credentials are confirmed valid for a JazzAdmin user on the JTS.  Login sucess when using the web client.

Command:
repotools-rm.bat -rmUpdateProjectBackLinksOnline adminUserId=MyJazzAdminUser adminPassword=********
repositoryURL=https://<ServerName>:9443/rm


ERROR:
CRJAZ1357E The repotools command could not log in to the following
server: https://<ServerName>:9443/rm. Check the login credentials.

One cause of this issue may be that there is a special character in your password. Try placing quotes around the password and running the command again.
