Sharing static viewlets?

I have a dashboard that contains a number of static content viewlets - consider this a "master" view on dashboard A. There are several other dashboards (B, C, etc..) that are interested in subsets of this master view (1 or more of the viewlets). Is there a way to create a "linked viewlet" from dashboard B to one of the static content viewlets on dashboard A? The goal is to only update the data in one location but still have it appear current on other dashboards.
