RTC extension: how to create an extension on build results?

I followed the RTC extensions workshop. A operation participant is created to trigger a build request when a work item is saved.

My question is: is it possible to create a similar extension that triggers something when a build result "deletion allowed" checkbox is changed? how? any ideas?

I don't think it is possible: we should have an event category "com.ibm.team.build.category.BuildDefinitionChanged", like the existing event category "com.ibm.team.build.category.BuildResultChanged"...
