Error when exporting database

Hi, I am using the standard server 2.0.0.2 iFix2 (used with derby and tomcat) and I am getting an error when exporting a relatively new database. Just some users and a project area have been created. One datawarehouse snapshot was also taken.

CRJAZ1361E **ERROR** All the items present in the repository were not exported.

Can someone please help investigating what I am doing wrong?
I have the complete repotools_export.log at hand.
