RTC help not working

 Hello, 

The help content of our RTC instance cannot be consulted. The left pane is not loaded and therefore it is not possible to navigate in the help content.

It seems that the problem is cause by a JS error: "ReferenceError: utOnLoad is not defined". The error is caused by a JS that is not loaded. The html generated doesn't include the script tag loading the necessary JS file.

We restarted the instance and redeployed the clmhelp.war without success.

Our version of RTC is 4.0.6.

Do you have any clue?

Do you have internet connection on the RTC server? The clmhelp.war only provides a "shell" without actual help contents. If you don't have internet connection on the server, you need to download and install the help content, as discussed here:
