Getting a requirement via REST API

Hello,
I'm trying to get a requirement via the REST API as described in
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/RmRequirementResourceDefinitionV1 but nothing is returned when I perform a GET

http&#58;//localhost&#58;9443/requirements/24

Also, how could I get all the requirements for a project via REST API?
Any help is appreciated...
