Recovering Deleted Test Cases and other artifacts in RQM

Is there an easy way to recover deleted test cases? I know the deleted artifacts get marked as "archived", but is there an easy way to access deleted artifacts without going into the DB?

Unfortunately, restoring archived test artifacts is not supported (see enhancement https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/37312).

Is there way to track or find the history to see who deleted/archived the Test cases

The only history is available as rich text (XHTML) in the RQM Reportable REST API's history feed:
